In college, I took a creative non-fiction class and Professor Lampman showed me writing is enjoyable. Before her class, I despised writing outside of technical documentation. All You Knead is Loaf was the eye opening essay I produced for this class

All You Knead is Loaf - Bread is Forking Delicious is an essay about the life cycle of a bread loaf. As the bread journeys from yeast to dough to loaf to crumb, it experiences a transformation fueled by care from the baker.
